Hello, Exiles!

The world of Grim Soul continues to grow, and so does our community. Every day players discuss updates, share tips, help newcomers, create guides, take part in activities, and make the Plaguelands feel more alive.

We know that some of you would like to become more involved in community life and support the project in ways beyond simply playing the game. That’s why we are now recruiting volunteers and moderators for Grim Soul.

This is an opportunity to help other players, contribute to the development of our official platforms, suggest ideas for community activities, and earn in-game rewards for your contributions.

Who are we looking for?

Social Media Moderator

This role is perfect for those who want to help maintain order on Grim Soul’s official platforms. 

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor comments and discussions on social media
• Help review reports and resolve community disputes
• Respond to violations of community rules
• Escalate important questions or issues to the team
• Help maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere in discussions

It’ll be a plus if you have:

• Previous community moderation experience
• Good knowledge of the Grim Soul game and the rules of its official platforms
• Ability to remain calm and communicate respectfully, even in challenging situations

Social Media Volunteer

This role is for those who want to help us shape community life through activities, publications, ideas, and communication with players.

What you'll be doing:

• Help publish news and announcements
• Assist with preparing contests and simple community activities
• Suggest ideas for improving our platforms
• Help answer players' questions
• Share your thoughts on what topics interest the community

It’ll be a plus if you have:

• Understanding of the specifics of different social media platforms
• Experience managing communities, groups, or channels
• Ability to write clearly, accurately, and concisely

Game Content Volunteer

This role is for those who enjoy working with texts, guides, FAQs, and tutorials related to Grim Soul.

What you'll be doing:

• Help create articles, FAQs, guides, and other useful materials
• Collect and structure information about the game
• Help create tutorial sections for players
• Work with Google Docs, spreadsheets, Fandom, or other convenient services
• Help newcomers better understand Grim Soul’s mechanics

It’ll be a plus if you have:

• Strong writing skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Attention to detail when formatting texts
• Good knowledge of Grim Soul and a desire to share your experience with other players

General Requirements

We consider candidates who:

• Have reached at least level 100 in Grim Soul
• Are over 18 years old
• Have a good command of at least one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Russian or Portuguese
• Can communicate calmly and respectfully with other players
• Are ready to follow internal rules and agreements
• Treat their tasks responsibly
• Love Grim Soul and want to support the community

In some cases, we may consider candidates who do not fully meet all the requirements, but know the game well and truly want to help.

What You Get

Participation in the volunteer program is not a full-time job and does not replace official support. However, it is an opportunity to become closer to the Grim Soul team and help develop the community.

For active and useful contributions, program participants will receive in-game rewards. The size and format of these rewards will depend on the role, activity, and completed tasks.
